As you are located in Germany it may be a good idea to check into the German government concerns regarding EMC radiation out of powerline devices that operate over 80 MHz. I understand that there will be a strict limitation, if not an outright ban, on anything over 80 MHz. This will have a direct impact on the Belkin performance and value, no?

Red.: John, there are lots of rumors but I don't think this is a real concern to the current buyers of mediaxtreme devices. If the device is banned, it can't be used. The buyer will get full refund under German consumer laws.
neues Update von der Belkin.com (2.0.9) installeiert. Nach Startschwierigkeiten nun so wie ich es mir versprochen habe. Stundenlanges Streamen und kopieren vom Nas ohne Abbruch und schnell genung.
Eigene Videos, Digitalfotos und MP3-Song immer und überall hören und sehen, ohne langes Suchen durch zentrale Medienspeicherung und Medienabruf vom PC, TV-Gerät und Handy aus. [mehr]
